Accessories

Accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a $20 restocking fee per item. (includes veils, gloves, and chokers).

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS (FINAL SALE):

DUE TO BESPOKE CRAFTSMANSHIP:

• Made-to-Measure Gowns: Meticulously hand-cut and sewn to your unique proportions and design specifications, creating a one-of-a-kind garment exclusive to you.

• Tailored Ready-to-Ship Gowns: To guarantee a flawless fit, our in-stock gowns undergo custom alterations to your height and measurements immediately upon purchase.

• Customised items: Any garment or accessory modified, color-customized, or altered at the client’s request is considered a final sale.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Every piece is meticulously inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event your items is faulty, you must notify our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Late notifications cannot be accommodated.

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return for an eligible accessory, please contact  our team with your order number. A $20 restocking fee per item is applied. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been transferred to production or alteration.
